ORDER PROCESSING – SHIPPING POLICIES
Processing time for preparing your order varies but generally, we can process most “ready-to-ship” orders in 1-3 business days. Customized orders may take longer. For details, see the listing description for individual items. We use sturdy mailing tubes to ship all prints. Great care is taken with packaging to ensure that your print reaches you in perfect condition. This includes placing the print in a clear cellophane sleeve. When you receive the print, roll it out and let it lie flat but leave it in the cellophane sleeve until ready to frame.
We ship via USPS using First Class domestic or international shipping services. First class does NOT include insurance. If you need to have your package insured, please purchase insurance as an add on or choose priority or express services which include insurance. If you need expedited delivery service, you can choose either priority or express mail and pay extra for a faster option. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Once a package is shipped we are not responsible for what happens to your package during transit and delivery. If the package is damaged, lost or stolen, please let us know immediately so we can determine the best course of action. See our FAQs for more information about the claim process.
Please keep in mind that all international packages will have extra customs/vat fees and these are collected at time of delivery. Customs Duty Fee is charged on the value of both the price paid for an item PLUS postage, packaging (if applicable), and insurance. VAT Fees are also calculated based on price paid for the item, postage, packaging and insurance as well as duty you owe.These fees are determined by the EU and we have no control over either fee. If someone is not available when package is delivered, a notice will be left. Additional attempts are made to deliver and collect but after 3 attempts, package is returned to us. If customs or VAT fees are not paid, or customer refuses the package, and the package is returned to us, we will consider this transaction null and void and no refund will be given. The Jewels of Kingwood are not responsible for delays due to customs and undeliverable attempts. We will not reship the package and no refunds will be issued if this occurs unless we can reach an alternative solution.

The following is a list of estimated shipping times; however, this can vary depending on weather, holidays, postal issues in the country where item is shipped, and custom procedures for the final location where order is to be delivered. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Remember- these times are in addition to process times!
